What I Want for Christmas Is

“A Christmas wish is sent to you that all your dreams will come true.”

I spotted a dream board with the heading “All I want for Christmas is…” at Mcdonalds last week. My daughter and I were shopping when we decided to take a short break at the fast food outlet. Right at one end of the counter was the huge dream board.

Seeing the dream board reminds me about why I love Christmas.

To me, Christmas is synonymous with abundance for it often implies wishes, magic and miracles. We usually draw up lists, in the hope that “Santa” would be able to fulfill them. Not just for ourselves. Many of us also take the opportunity to offer gift donations, remembering those who are destitute and in need.

Indeed, there is the joy of sharing and the delight of receiving presents. Most importantly, it means attracting our heart’s desires and helping others achieve theirs. I guess it is no coincidence why I am so connected to the whole message about abundance. My birthday happens to fall on Christmas Eve!

So, what do I WANT for Christmas?

Well, what I want for Christmas is celebration. Ever since I moved to my new home, I have felt as if I am living in a dream. It seems surreal. Oh yes, exactly one year ago, I have thought it impossible to own the place that I am staying now. In fact, a new home in an ideal location and that will meet our space requirements was the top item on my wish list back then!

I can’t think of any new gifts that I would want to unwrap this Christmas. Even though it will be great to have more, I have most of what I need for now. And so, my simple wish for this Christmas is to celebrate with friends and family with love, light and laughter; in the warm setting of my new home.

My other wish is for others find celebration in their life. More often than not, we tend to focus on what we are not having as compared to what we are having. Lest they forget, I often remind all my clients to shift their attention to the blessings that they already enjoy – no matter how small they might appear to be. A shift in attention pivots to a new point of attraction that helps bring forward their dream into physical manifestation.

What Do You Want for Christmas….?

If you have a heart’s desire, place your intention to the Universe and your attention on celebrating blessings.

May all your wishes come true,

words, “With love” or “I love you,” written on it.
