5 Tips to Start on a Powerful Note
With the start of the new year, I had posted the above image on social media. I don’t know who first wrote the lines but I’d like to thank the author. All credit goes to him or her, for the writing! I had made an image quote for easy sharing. Because it was well received on Facebook, I’m posting it here on my blog too.
Here is a summary of the advice given by the author…which I find awesome as a practice too…
1) Secure your blessings.
You secure your blessings by cultivating a practice of daily gratitude. It’s what I do too! Don’t just think it. Write them down in a journal.
2) No self-destruction.
No self-sabotaging habits or behavior. No self-criticism. Instead, strengthen in unconditional and soulful self-love.
3) Positive attitude please.
At all times, keep a positive perspective. Attitude is everything!
4) Activate faith.
Ask for help when the tough gets going. Pray. Have faith in yourself, so that you can better serve others.
5) Leave the past behind.
No extra baggage allowed. Only when you travel light, can you fly high.
I’m confident that you’d be guaranteed of a powerful take-off with the above 5 tips in place!
