“We’re living the completion of a 5,125 year long cycle of time–a world age–that the ancient Maya calculated would end with the winter solstice on December 21, 2012.” Gregg Baden
Ascension in 2012 is not available to lightworkers, healers, meditators or the new age folks alone. It is available to every being (including all other non-human friends) in the universe. It is something that affects everyone not just individually but as a whole. Accordingly, we are in an epic time whereby we are given the chance to ascend while in our physical bodies.
I have to state that I am by no means an expert on this topic but I hope to contribute with a balanced perspective. For an increased understanding, you may wish to refer to materials by Gregg Baden, Dolores Cannon, Karen Bishop and channeled information that you have discerned to be reliable. Unwilling to back down from a conflict or argument?
Find it hard to forgive and forget…..but finding it easy to point and blame?
It is always someone else’s fault?
Feeling hot and bothered, and experiencing an intense need to justify your actions?
Well, ask yourself if it is your ego wanting to be in control.
“If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It’s very important to be aware of them every time they come up.”
– Deepak Chopra
“I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day, and… I believe in miracles.” – Audrey Hepburn
We live in a society that values looks and youth. And so as we mature past our 30s, then 40s and 50s, we can start to face the fear of aging. I believe that females feel the fear even more. The fear of aging can be like a looming dark cloud that drives us to irrational behavior such as undergoing multiple plastic surgery jobs to tighten sagging skin.

“There are two ways to live: You can live as if everything is a miracle, or you can live as if nothing is a miracle.” – Albert Einstein
Do you realize the full potential of life, and of all of its miracles, great and small?
Or do you simply take for granted the wonder that is everywhere, all around you?
The above quote, spoken first by Albert Einstein, speaks to the essence of what it means to live life fully. To miss out on all the wonder will be a pity. It happens when you become caught in the emotional content of your daily dramas, frustrations and pain. You are not able to step aside and appreciate what you already have or what the world has to offer to you.

“In the end, these things matter most: How well did you love? How fully did you live? How deeply did you let go?” – Buddha
Do you avoid thinking about death? It can seem morbid at first but according to some scientific studies, thinking about death in a specific and personal way can make a person value and appreciate life more fully. Not forgetting too is Steven Covey’s advice about beginning with the end in mind. So if we are to take the advice and project to the furthest, we will be thinking about death.

Editor’s Note: Angela Artemis has a passion with helping people in developing intuition. It is her soul mission in life. Today’s article is part of a book tour that she is conducting in conjunction with the launch of her book, The Intuition Principle.
In this post, she addresses common obstacles that we often face when connecting with our intuition, a topic that she also covers in her book. For it is only when we can remove the blocks, that we find purpose, live with passion and joy, and heighten our success.

Creative living is to allow for inspiration, love and meaning. Creativity is a conscious state. It is more about being, and not just doing. Certainly, it does not solely entail using your fingers to paint or your body to dance. Thus, it is not just about engaging in an artistic pursuit for a couple of hours.
“We are, ourselves, creations. And we, in turn, are meant to continue creativity by being creative ourselves.” – Julia Cameron
