Benefits of Meditation
“Keep love in your heart. A life without it is like a sunless garden when the flowers are dead.” – Oscar Wilde
“The moment you have in your heart this extraordinary thing called love and feel the depth, the delight, the ecstasy of it, you will discover that for you the world is transformed.” – Jiddu Krishnamurti
With self-love, you make the intention to take charge of your healing journey. You no longer wait for others to come rescue you. You love yourself enough to know that you desire positive changes. You would like to move on. You make the choice for wellness and ultimate happiness.
Self-love has great healing power.

“Meditation has only one meaning, and that is going beyond the mind and becoming a witness. In your witnessing is the miracle — the whole mystery of life.” – Osho

The duck looks into the pond and contemplates its own reflection.
It also contemplates on the reflection of the fluffy clouds, the woody trees and the soaring birds in the background.
The duck instantly recognizes that it is part of the scenery of a beautiful park.

The energy signature of planet Earth will shift from one of anger and fear to one of love and acceptance. The old matrix is falling away. The rise of the Golden Age, with a brilliance that illuminates the entire galaxy, dawns. It has been planned for eons. Everything is in perfect timing. The countdown is almost complete.
Ascension date of December 21 falls two days away. We are given the opportunity to shift from the third dimensional reality that is based on fear and darkness to the fifth dimensional reality that is based on love and light. If you have not already made the intention, there is still time to make the decision to shift and therefore, take advantage of the strong energy influx that has already been occurring.

“It isn’t that the world of appearances is wrong; it isn’t that there aren’t objects out there, at one level of reality. It’s that if you penetrate through and look at the universe with a holographic system, you arrive at a different view, a different reality. And that other reality can explain things that have hitherto remained inexplicable scientifically: paranormal phenomena, synchronicities, the apparently meaningful coincidence of events.” – Karl Pribram in an interview in Psychology Today
Believe it or not, the universe itself may be a giant hologram constructed in part by the human mind. If this is true, this has vast implications on your perspectives about life. I have been reading <http://amzn.to/2BNthGj”>The Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot in a classic book that connects science and spirituality. Through the concept of a holographic universe, he is able to give many plausible explanations to psychic phenomena and paranormal experiences.

“Key #19: Our true beliefs are mirrored in our most intimate relationships.” – Gregg Braden in The Divine Matrix: Bridging Time, Miracles, Space and Belief
“Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it.” – Ernest Holmes

Our inner world gets mirrored in our outer world. What we truly think ultimately gets mirrored in how our relationships are like. Our true beliefs come from our subconscious – rather than the conscious – mind. And so we may have no conscious awareness that we are holding a certain belief. Hence, to know what our core beliefs are, we just need to investigate how our life has been like.
In Gregg Braden’s The Divine Matrix, he shares about the Five Ancient Mirrors of Relationship. I find an understanding of it helpful when we start to analyze the mirrors of our own lives. According to Coptic, Gnostic and Essene spiritual texts, we are shown a series of mirrors that we will face at some point in our lives. The Five Ancient Mirrors of Relationship are listed in the order that we usually learn them. We recognize the most obvious ones and allow the deeper ones to emerge in time. The Five Ancient Mirrors of Relationship are as follows:

A positive attitude puts you in a more positive vibrational state of being, thereby enabling you to attract success and abundance more easily. “The mind is everything. What you think you become.” Buddha

“Many ancient traditions worldwide maintain that humans not only inherently possess the potential for fully incarnating light at the physiological level, but that some have already achieved it, and millions more will do so in the very era in which we live.” – Sol Luckman
As I have found, ascension symptoms can be uncomfortable and disruptive to one’s usual daily functions. The symptoms are experienced due to a transmutation of carbon energies into more refined crystalline energies. The integration of an upgrading of energies into the physical body is what causes the discomfort.

Unwilling to back down from a conflict or argument?
Find it hard to forgive and forget…..but finding it easy to point and blame?
It is always someone else’s fault?
Feeling hot and bothered, and experiencing an intense need to justify your actions?
Well, ask yourself if it is your ego wanting to be in control.
“If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It’s very important to be aware of them every time they come up.”
– Deepak Chopra
“A calm mind is not disturbed by the waves of thoughts.” – Remez Sasson
“What is this true meditation? It is to make everything: coughing, swallowing, waving the arms, motion, stillness, words, action, the evil and the good, prosperity and shame, gain and loss, right and wrong, into one single koan.”- Hakuin
