Health is a Blessing. Health is Wealth!
I would like to announce the launch of my new site that espouses: Aroma Health is Wealth. My new site is created so that I can share about tips on essential oil healing. I am excited as it is my first mobile-friendly site, making it easier for all to read about essential oils on our handphones. Despite a one-month delay due to technical issues that cropped up, the site is finally up. Yayyyy!
My journey really started more than 2 years when I was first introduced to essential oils. However, when I first began, I was largely skeptical. The oils were introduced to me as part of a complementary program because indications of cancer cells had shown up in a biofeedback scan. Even though I healed in less than 6 months, I was still unsure about the part that the oils played in my recovery. Was it real or was it psychological?

What is standing in your way of abundance could be money drama that is playing in your head. It may well be the same script that has been playing for many years. Unfortunately, while there are some positive themes, the script plays a mostly negative one especially in the area concerning money. In fact, there are days when it is kind of like a soap play.

“The greatest fountain of wealth is between your ears.” Brian Tracy
In Singapore, we have the Fountain of Wealth which is located in the Suntec City Mall. It is visited by throngs of visitors hoping for fortune and good luck. A symbol of prosperity, the Fountain Of Wealth is recognized since 1998 by the Guinness Book Of World Records as the World’s Largest Fountain.
The Fountain of Wealth is designed with symbolic meaning. For instance, the bronze ring of the fountain is built based on the Hindu Mandala, meaning universe, and a representation of the oneness in spirit. In Singapore, an important value that we often emphasize is harmony with all races and religions.

“You can have results or excuses. Not both.” anonymous
Do you make excuses?
Could your reasons behind your action or lack of action be really excuses in disguise?
If you don’t recognize your excuses, here are some examples….
I can’t.
I simply can’t.
I might.
I try.
…..when I am ready, I will.
…..maybe tomorrow.
…..maybe next week.
…..maybe next year.
It is impossible.
It is just too difficult.
Well, one of life’s worst habits is making excuses. Excuses that you can give in place of taking needed actions. If you consistently focus on how difficult doing something is, you can stop yourself from doing and becoming your best.

“For the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: ‘If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?’ And whenever the answer has been ‘No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.” Steve Jobs
Do you have a Plan B?
If you don’t, perhaps it is time you put some thought into it. Plan B could well be more important than your Plan A.
I was reading a Straits Times article written by a career coach on the importance of having plan B last week and felt compelled to add my thoughts about it.
The Difference between Plan A and B
Plan A forms your corporate life, the one whereby you spend most of your waking hours in an office. On the other hand, Plan B forms your post-corporate life. Plan B consists of activities that you can engage in outside of working hours as an employee. You could be doing social work or it could be something that is income-generating.
Most people – perhaps including yourself – are caught up with Plan A. If you are in a corporate, Plan A alone probably keeps you very busy. Already used to the same routine, you may even experience a sense of inertia to explore avenues beyond Plan A.

“Our intention creates our reality. We are powerful beyond measure.”
What intentions are you setting for the year 2015?
Like many others, I start the year thinking about my intentions and things I would like to do. Well, I admit that I have not achieved every single goal made. However, upon reflection, I have found that my path has been going steadily in the direction of my overall intention.
It was not quite that way before I decided to do intention setting. I was going round and round in circles for a very long time. Things started to change when I got clearer about my purpose, and especially on how I would like to serve others in the world. Clarity helped me set on the direction I would like to take. (If you like some help in knowing your soul gifts and aligning with purpose, check out my reading services here).

“If we get our self-esteem from superficial places, from our popularity, appearance, business success, financial situation, health, any of these, we will be disappointed, because no one can guarantee that we’ll have them tomorrow.” Kathy Ireland
Stuck at a crossroad? One reason why you may feel stuck because you would like to have the guarantee of a successful outcome before you make a change. Having the guarantee of success gives you the perception that it is safe to give up what you already have. Without the guarantee, you prefer not to run any perceived risk.
One classic example of a crossroad: trying to decide whether to staying in your current job (which you hate) or starting a business (something more aligned with your passion but of which you have had little experience in). Before making any drastic move, you prefer to have the guarantee that the latter choice will be a good one. You want the certainty that things will turn out successful with the change.

“Testimonials are thank-you gifts from the heart of someone who has been touched by our love, passion and commitment.” Evelyn Lim
I was surprised to receive an email recently from an ex-client of mine. She had been wanting to write a testimonial for me since last year but had forgotten about it. Well, she finally got to it.
In her email, Angeline Tang shared her story about hiring a coach who, unfortunately, was not able to assist her in a better way forward. Here is what she wrote….

“A breakthrough happens when you finally make the decision not to settle for anything less than what you deserve. It is when the impossible becomes possible. It is when you become free of what has held you back from becoming your highest potential.” Abundance Alchemy Program
Julie Cumming, my client from Australia, graciously agreed to provide a video testimonial for having worked together for money breakthroughs in my Abundance Alchemy Program. While listening to her during the recording, I was bowled over what she had to say. View the video below….
“Fear can be good when you’re walking past an alley at night or when you need to check the locks on your doors before you go to bed, but it’s not good when you have a goal and you’re fearful of obstacles. We often get trapped by our fears, but anyone who has had success has failed before.” Queen Latifah
Through my conversations with others, I find that most people share the similar dream of being able to leave the security of a regular paycheck, so that they can build a business or do work that they love. Yet, the thought of going into something that seemed unstable look scary. Even as fear keeps them stuck, they experience a lack of fulfillment in their job increasingly.
If the above scenario is what you are going through, read on.
It will be far too easy to paint the picture of running an online marketing business as a bed of roses. However, I will not be telling the truth. Far too many people are sold the dream of a beach lifestyle while running an online business by internet marketers hoping to push their “get-rich-quick” schemes.
