“The greatest fountain of wealth is between your ears.” Brian Tracy
In Singapore, we have the Fountain of Wealth which is located in the Suntec City Mall. It is visited by throngs of visitors hoping for fortune and good luck. A symbol of prosperity, the Fountain Of Wealth is recognized since 1998 by the Guinness Book Of World Records as the World’s Largest Fountain.
The Fountain of Wealth is designed with symbolic meaning. For instance, the bronze ring of the fountain is built based on the Hindu Mandala, meaning universe, and a representation of the oneness in spirit. In Singapore, an important value that we often emphasize is harmony with all races and religions.

“Our intention creates our reality. We are powerful beyond measure.”
What intentions are you setting for the year 2015?
Like many others, I start the year thinking about my intentions and things I would like to do. Well, I admit that I have not achieved every single goal made. However, upon reflection, I have found that my path has been going steadily in the direction of my overall intention.
It was not quite that way before I decided to do intention setting. I was going round and round in circles for a very long time. Things started to change when I got clearer about my purpose, and especially on how I would like to serve others in the world. Clarity helped me set on the direction I would like to take. (If you like some help in knowing your soul gifts and aligning with purpose, check out my reading services here).

“If we get our self-esteem from superficial places, from our popularity, appearance, business success, financial situation, health, any of these, we will be disappointed, because no one can guarantee that we’ll have them tomorrow.” Kathy Ireland
Stuck at a crossroad? One reason why you may feel stuck because you would like to have the guarantee of a successful outcome before you make a change. Having the guarantee of success gives you the perception that it is safe to give up what you already have. Without the guarantee, you prefer not to run any perceived risk.
One classic example of a crossroad: trying to decide whether to staying in your current job (which you hate) or starting a business (something more aligned with your passion but of which you have had little experience in). Before making any drastic move, you prefer to have the guarantee that the latter choice will be a good one. You want the certainty that things will turn out successful with the change.

“Testimonials are thank-you gifts from the heart of someone who has been touched by our love, passion and commitment.” Evelyn Lim
I was surprised to receive an email recently from an ex-client of mine. She had been wanting to write a testimonial for me since last year but had forgotten about it. Well, she finally got to it.
In her email, Angeline Tang shared her story about hiring a coach who, unfortunately, was not able to assist her in a better way forward. Here is what she wrote….

“A breakthrough happens when you finally make the decision not to settle for anything less than what you deserve. It is when the impossible becomes possible. It is when you become free of what has held you back from becoming your highest potential.” Abundance Alchemy Program
Julie Cumming, my client from Australia, graciously agreed to provide a video testimonial for having worked together for money breakthroughs in my Abundance Alchemy Program. While listening to her during the recording, I was bowled over what she had to say. View the video below….
“Fear can be good when you’re walking past an alley at night or when you need to check the locks on your doors before you go to bed, but it’s not good when you have a goal and you’re fearful of obstacles. We often get trapped by our fears, but anyone who has had success has failed before.” Queen Latifah
Through my conversations with others, I find that most people share the similar dream of being able to leave the security of a regular paycheck, so that they can build a business or do work that they love. Yet, the thought of going into something that seemed unstable look scary. Even as fear keeps them stuck, they experience a lack of fulfillment in their job increasingly.
If the above scenario is what you are going through, read on.
It will be far too easy to paint the picture of running an online marketing business as a bed of roses. However, I will not be telling the truth. Far too many people are sold the dream of a beach lifestyle while running an online business by internet marketers hoping to push their “get-rich-quick” schemes.

“All the breaks you need in life wait within your imagination. Imagination is the workshop of your mind, capable of turning mind energy into accomplishment and wealth.” Napoleon Hill
It can be hard to believe yourself as a powerful creative being, with the ability to change your current reality simply by directing your thoughts. I have had tremendous difficulty with this myself as well, especially in the beginning when I started trying to practice deliberate thinking. Most of us invariably find ourselves slipping back into a world of victimhood. Any notion about being powerful co-creators gets instantly thrown out of the window when we are faced with stress.
Yet, the Law of Deliberate Creation is a law. In addition, there is already scientific evidence to support how our reality is influenced by what we believe in. Quantum physics has shown that just by the act of observation, a person can alter reality.

“The desire of gold is not for gold. It is for the means of freedom and benefit.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
Allow me to clarify on a point where much confusion arise with many people: the desire for money.
The desire to have money is nothing wrong. Many make the idea of desiring money as being sinful. This is not wise thinking. After all, we need money to pay for our living expenses. And if we have hopes and dreams to change the world to a better place, we need the necessary capital to fund these.
Desires are borne out of contrast. It is our wish for a more expanded experience that fuels us to being and doing more. It is our wish to improve the quality of our lives that prompt us to pursue our money-making ideas.

Money is not a dirty word.
Yet, many people make it out to be.
They avoid talking about it at all cost. They squirm whenever they have to ask for money in exchange for their service or product. They conclude that the desire for money is a sin, partly from watching way too many Hollywood movies about how the pursuit for money corrupts the mind. Then, there are the religious ones take comfort in being spiritual and poor.
“Not when truth is dirty, but when it is shallow, does the enlightened man dislike to wade into its waters.” Friedrich Nietzsche
Well, let’s put things in perspective.
Money is in the form of cash and coins. It is a convenient form of exchange. It helps to make trade efficient.

Your Money Gremlin has the habit of sabotaging your money-making dreams. You may have an inspired vision that you would like to achieve or some financial targets to meet. However, your Money Gremlin will introduce thoughts that will hold you back. Even famous singer, Ricky Martin, shares this, “My goal is to think of nothing when I’m writing a song because too many influences could sabotage a potentially amazing song.”
Your money gremlin enjoys playing sabotage games. It sabotages you from following your heart-centered dreams. It stops you from manifesting abundance. Until now, you may not have been fully aware about the existence of a Money Gremlin. I don’t blame you. Your Money Gremlin can act in sneaky and covert ways.
“For me personally it is because I get an awful amount of success and I don’t think I deserve it and then I want to sabotage it.” Michael Parkinson
