Using law of attraction and positive thinking to get good health.

“There is no illness of the body apart from the mind.” Socrates, philosopher
Negative emotions such as anger, pain, fear, sadness, anxiety and so on are electrical charges that cause blockages along your meridian pathways. Your body’s natural energy flow gets disrupted as a result. Luckily there are ways to restore your body back into balance. (This article is republished to update graphics and links – Sep 2021).
One of the best techniques I have learnt is about how to do water programming with positive affirmations.
The use of water for healing is nothing new. For instance, in churches, for centuries, blessings of water have often done for the purpose of baptism or for the blessing of persons, places or things. Hence, water programming can be used for just about anything that you wish for.
As such, I am going to suggest that you look into using water for carrying messages of positive affirmations on success, health, relationships, love, happiness and abundance, to every single cell of our body.
Aura colors vary from one person to the next, in its hue, width and so on. They offer information about your overall well-being. From a reading, it is possible to obtain energetic information about your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual states. It is in the variations that provide a more accurate reading.
All living things radiate aura colors. Not everyone can see them….except for the gifted few. The gifted ones are able to access the auric fields to perform energy healing. To put it simply, the auric field is the electromagnetic field which surrounds your human body. Energy healing may be done to correct imbalances in your energy state that affect your wellness.
To find out what aura colors you vibrate, you may wish to get an aura photography and reading done. Alternatively, do the Aura Colors test below. It wouldn’t be the same as getting an aura reading done, but you can find out which aura color you are vibrating through a quick quiz.
Resolving accumulated negative emotions can prevent cancer or may even reduce its effects. Cancer invokes a lot of fear. It happens when the cells in your body divide in a way that is out of control. Many cancers form tumors, some of which can become life-threatening. Hence, it helps to understand early on what the emotional reasons behind it are. By knowing and understanding these factors, we can take preventative measures for cancer.
I’d like to reiterate that I am not a medical doctor nor profess to be an expert. However, I am happy to share the little that I know, so that those of you who are new to the information can have a starting point to finding out more.
“Disconnect to rediscover the joys in connection.”
Are you spending copious amount of time on Facebook?
Can’t live without a wifi connection?
Can’t imagine days without your handphone or mobile?
It’s a common sight to see people on their handheld devices. In restaurants, family members are in their own separate mobile world even whilst they are seated together. Children are given ipads for their own separate entertainment in dinner sittings. While crossing the traffic junction, people can be texting away on their phones. On buses, I see passengers watching video clips on their mobiles or checking their FB accounts. In fact, sometimes, I find myself straining to see what they are looking at on their handheld devices.
Let’s celebrate happiness, prosperity and good health in the new year!
A stone’s throw from where I stay is the Orchard Road shopping belt. As it is usually filled with shoppers, I tend to avoid going down to the malls especially during the weekends. However, every now and then, I do drop by. It is nice to soak in the atmosphere – especially when we are celebrating a festive season.
I took the above picture outside Ion Orchard on Saturday morning (February 14). From the picture, you can see a pair of swans symbolizing love and union against a backdrop of a Golden Ram. Notably, we are celebrating both Valentine’s Day and the coming Lunar Chinese New Year (starts from 19 February 2015 and lasts for 15 days) over three weekends.
Time flies! I recall writing about the Year of the Horse last year.

“The greatest fountain of wealth is between your ears.” Brian Tracy
In Singapore, we have the Fountain of Wealth which is located in the Suntec City Mall. It is visited by throngs of visitors hoping for fortune and good luck. A symbol of prosperity, the Fountain Of Wealth is recognized since 1998 by the Guinness Book Of World Records as the World’s Largest Fountain.
The Fountain of Wealth is designed with symbolic meaning. For instance, the bronze ring of the fountain is built based on the Hindu Mandala, meaning universe, and a representation of the oneness in spirit. In Singapore, an important value that we often emphasize is harmony with all races and religions.

“Our intention creates our reality. We are powerful beyond measure.”
What intentions are you setting for the year 2015?
Like many others, I start the year thinking about my intentions and things I would like to do. Well, I admit that I have not achieved every single goal made. However, upon reflection, I have found that my path has been going steadily in the direction of my overall intention.
It was not quite that way before I decided to do intention setting. I was going round and round in circles for a very long time. Things started to change when I got clearer about my purpose, and especially on how I would like to serve others in the world. Clarity helped me set on the direction I would like to take. (If you like some help in knowing your soul gifts and aligning with purpose, check out my reading services here).

“What is called genius is the abundance of life and health.” Henry David Thoreau
Many people like to point out that health is wealth. It is true. Without good health, you will not feel well enough to get to work or run a business. However, may I add that the saying does not suggest that wealth is not important either. In fact, without money, it will not be possible to pay for medical bills or insurance. Also an adequate level of income is needed if you wish to afford products or services that promote a sense of well-being; beyond the minimum that meets day-to-day living needs.
To live holistically, in today’s society, we need both health and wealth. We need them together at the same time to achieve an optimal health/wealth balance. To strive for wealth at the expense of health is likely to show up in increased stress levels and diseases that develop over time. To neglect wealth totally is also not a good idea either.

Stop for a moment and take a good look at your life. It’s a mess. You’re over- committed; don’t know how to say no, you have way too much stuff, too little time, and no idea how to organize all the things that are complicating your life. If that sounds like you, take heart, you’re not alone.
