Abundance and the Law of Attraction
Money worries is like a crippling disease. You are in a perpetual state of anxiety. From the moment you wake up, your mind goes into an inner chatter about finances. You may not even be able to fall asleep easily at night due to the non-stop chatter and your ensuing roller coaster emotions. You worry over paying your bills, whether you can afford to send your children to university or whether you can afford to move to a bigger house.
“Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it gets you nowhere.” Glenn Turner
Worry is a state of emotional and mental struggle that affect you physically. You can end up feeling so miserable that you are not unable to function well at all. Even as you go about pursuing your entrepreneurial dreams or work in the office, stress is the extra burden that you carry. Obviously, worrying is not going to help you reach towards your goals. It is clearly unnecessary.
“The more connections you and your lover make, not just between your bodies, but between your minds, your hearts, and your souls, the more you will strengthen the fabric of your relationship, and the more real moments you will experience together.” Barbara de Angelis
Perhaps there have been past hurts, karmic influences or unresolved issues. And so, you may have found it hard to completely forgive. There could be that old grudge, a niggling sense of blame, a feeling of betrayal….which did not all go away, despite the outward appearance of a resolution.
The tear inside your heart may well be the reason why you sabotage your relationship every now and then. You may have taken the steps to mend it but the slightest of wounds – if anything – remains.

“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” Lao Tzu
If you are not already aware, it is going to be a double valentine celebration on February 14 this year. You see….the last day of Chinese New Year – a celebration that lasts for 15 days – also falls on February 14, St Valentine’s Day. Coincidentally, the last day of Chinese New Year is also a Chinese Valentine’s Day.
The Christian celebration of St Valentine’s Day is usually made with buying gifts for your lover; such as flowers, chocolates and jewellery. Well, allow me to share more about the customs and celebrations that fall on the last day of Chinese New Year.

“I believe that the love mindset is the next step in human evolution.”
“We are ready to know ourselves and to, truly, live life to the fullest.”
– Virokina Tugaleva, author of “The Love Mindset”.
What is it like to develop the mindset of love?
What makes it difficult for a vast majority of people to love unconditionally?
What are the benefits of developing a Love Mindset?
These were some of the questions that I posed to Vironika Tugaleva, author of the book – The Love Mindset (An Unconventional Guide to Healing and Happiness), in a recorded call we just had together (listen to the audio at the end of the post).
“I discovered that the horse is life itself, a metaphor but also an example of life’s mystery and unpredictability, of life’s generosity and beauty, a worthy object of repeated and ever changing contemplation.” Jane Smiley

According to the Chinese Lunar calendar, the Year of the Horse starts from January 31, 2014. With the end of the year of the Snake in 2013, things are expected to gallop a lot faster. I thought it will be nice to share with you about what soothsayers are predicting for 2014 in my post today.
From ancient history, the horse is a favored auspicious animal amongst the 12 astrological Chinese symbols. While the dragon rules the sky, the horse – a creature that can be tamed and trained unlike the tiger – is considered to be the best runner on Earth. The dragon is mythical but the horse is a physical creature of beauty. According to Chinese myths, the horse has 30 percent of the dragon’s personality.

“Caregiving requires the intention of love, caretaking requires the intention of fear. Not acting in anger when you are angry requires the intention of love.” Gary Zukav
The intention that you put behind the work or things that you do is important. It can determine how much overall wealth you ultimately enjoy. Hence, in order to redirect your intention appropriately, ask yourself if your focus is centred on: “what can I get out of this transaction or process” or on “how can I best serve others that enhances life itself?”
“What can I get out of this?”
With a thought like this, the focus is the end result. You are being goal-oriented.

Begin with the end in mind and live your vision forward!
We all know how tools can help us enhance our productivity and achieve results that are otherwise not possible. In the quantum field, one such tool for visioning is the vision board. There are many advantages to visioning and using vision boards for designing a life of abundance. And so if you are hoping to manifest something that is missing in your life right now, employ powerful tools and techniques that will magnify your chance of success.
It is a good idea to update your vision board at least once a year. I updated mine recently and included goals that I never once thought I would make. Despite feeling anxiety, I know that it is far better to challenge myself with a big vision than settle for a small dream. I encourage you to do the same too 🙂

“A dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. You must break out of your current comfort zone and become comfortable with the unfamiliar and the unknown.” Denis Waitley
It is the time of the year whereby you may wish to review the vision board that you have made or set some new goals for the next 12 months. Perhaps, you have watched “The Secret” movie or even watched Oprah, who shared about the power of using vision boards to bring forward your dreams.
So are you on the way to manifesting your vision? Or are you still struggling with manifesting the life that you desire?
If you are still struggling, listen to my New Year message about doing things differently this year and starting off with proper visioning work.
May love bless your heart. May light guide your path. May laughter fill your days.
I would like to end the year with a post that is filled with all the best wishes for you in the new year. Thank you for your love throughout the months. Your readership means a lot to me. I appreciate your support.
I have felt creatively inspired while working. It is the reason why I am drawn to publishing inspirational quotes on beautifully created images – like the picture above – to share with others like yourself 🙂

“Christmas is for children. But it is for grownups too. Even if it is a headache, a chore, and nightmare, it is a period of necessary defrosting of chill and hide-bound hearts.” Lenora Mattingly Weber
As I review my snow skiing experience in the last week, I muse over how the theme of “breakthrough” – one of which I had recently been espousing in my posts – continue to extend even while I was on a holiday vacation.
Standing at the top of the mountain and contemplating the slope downhill was frightening for me. I was in a beautiful ski resort in Alpensia Korea, the venue for the Winter Olympics 2018. It was my second snow skiing trip and I was determined to be able to go down the slope on my own despite my fears.
