4 Ways to Celebrating Your Divine Abundance

“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” – Oprah Winfrey

“Dream on it. Let your mind take you to places you would like to go, and then think about it and plan it and celebrate the possibilities. And don’t listen to anyone who doesn’t know how to dream.” Liza Minnelli

celebrate divine abundance

One thing that I realized recently is that I have not been tuning into the vibrational qualities of celebration enough.

For instance, I have been so focused on getting tasks done that I have set aside “celebration”. The thing is celebration involves attention. While it may not be necessary to always celebrate with a big party, it is important to spend a couple of minutes saying a silent prayer of thanks to acknowledge a gift or a blessing. (A gratitude journal is a great way to start, for instance!)

I have since made celebration an important component to my daily practice of aligning with divine abundance.

With the increased awareness, I also now begin sessions with clients by asking them to share with me what things especially those that have happened recently that they would like to celebrate about. It is a great way to start shifting their focus away from their current situation. It usually works magically. Their joy is apparent as they begin to describe to me the tiny miracles that have already manifested.

Consequently, my observations are as follows…

We become so caught up in our everyday challenges and tasks that we forget that we are divine beings.

We forget that we have the power to change our internal state, which then influences our external state of reality.

And, one great way to lift our internal or vibrational state of being is to celebrate.

Shift Into Celebration

When you celebrate, you are bringing attention to your blessing. You express gratitude and appreciation.

“Gratitude bestows reverence, allowing us to encounter everyday epiphanies, those transcendent moments of awe that change forever how we experience life and the world.” – John Milton

To be aligned with divine abundance is to choose to focus on your blessings. When you are giving attention to what you already have, your mind is no longer caught up in scarcity thinking. You are no longer focused on what you are “not having”. You are no longer focused on your lack.

Put simply, the Law of Attraction is as such….

When you are joyful, you attract more joy.
When you are peaceful, you attract more peace.
When you are happy, you attract more happiness.

The more positive your vibrations are, the stronger your magnetic ability.

Celebration brings about magic 🙂

With celebration, it is easy to imagine party hats, colorful balloons, chocolate candy, beautifully wrapped presents and all.

More importantly, it is the cocktail of positive feelings that celebration generates: fulfillment (in the accomplishment of a milestone), love (in the vibrational resonance of the group members having gathered together), freedom and joy (that shows up in the form of laughter).

Ways to Shift into Celebration

To shift into celebration, start by asking yourself some discovery questions for increased awareness.

1. Celebrate Your Authentic Self.

Self-Discovery Question: Do you put on a false image so that you can be “accepted” by others or are you allowing your authentic self to come through?

Divine Lesson: You are aware that just by being you, you already have the resources to attract abundance. You do not have to pretend to be someone else or to undertake tasks that are not aligned with your values. You also embrace every part of yourself that could possibly be viewed as imperfect and celebrate your uniqueness.

“Share our similarities, celebrate our differences.” – M. Scott Peck

2. Celebrate Your Gifts.

Self-Discovery Question: Are you celebrating your soul gifts through the work that you do? Could doubt be preventing you from channeling your divine gifts?

Divine Lesson:The thing is that when you start to celebrate your soul gifts by expressing them fully, you will be aligning with your highest path. You are celebrating your infinite potential. This will ultimately lead you to manifesting abundance (including material wealth).

“I celebrate myself, and sing myself.” – Walt Whitman

3.Celebrate Your Physical Presence.

Self-Discovery Question: Do you celebrate physical be-ing?

Divine Lesson: The tip here is to take every chance to celebrate. You celebrate the joy of being alive! For instance, celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, special days and so on. You do not have to go to a fancy restaurant for a celebration. A simple meal can also do. The idea is to have fun, laughter and joy with your loved ones.

“Let us celebrate the occasion with wine and sweet words.” – Plautus

4. Celebrate Your Physical Experiences.

Self-Discovery Question: Do you celebrate your physical experiences such as your wins and accomplishments?

Divine Lesson: You celebrate how far you have come despite all your challenges and struggles. You celebrate wins with others not because you wish to boast about your accomplishments. You celebrate because you would like to inspire others to do the same.

“It’s always good to remember where you come from and celebrate it. To remember where you come from is part of where you’re going.”- Anthony Burgess

My Celebrations

Here is a short blurb of what I wish to celebrate….

I celebrate who I am. I celebrate my divine feminine. I celebrate every part of me, even the parts that I sometimes deem as “imperfect”. For it is every part of me, as a whole, that makes me unique.

I celebrate my blessings, including having loved ones to commemorate important occasions with. I celebrate having a nice roof over my head and a home set in luxurious surroundings.

I celebrate the successes breakthroughs of my clients. They certainly have got more courage, strength and resilience than they ever know. I help remind them that they are powerful, divine and loving beings, while facilitating the space for transformation. From my heart, I value every opportunity given to me with having made a difference to their lives.

I celebrate my work and how far I have come. I also celebrate how this blog has reached out to many people across the world. May it continue to do so even more!

In Celebration of Who You Are

Have a life filled with celebrations.

You won’t regret making the time for joy.

Then, even in death, there is cause for celebration.

“I’ve told my children that when I die, to release balloons in the sky to celebrate that I graduated. For me, death is a graduation.” – Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

Hi Evelyn,

This was a beautiful post! I could really appreciate all the points you made about celebrating ourselves and what we have.

In particular, I really liked the way your explained the vibrations behind celebrating. Celebrating really does have positive vibrations and good energy behind it, and probably explains why we can quickly change the way we feel for the better, when we choose to celebrate.

Thank you.
