How to Manifest from Inside Out

What “manifesting from the inside-out” means is to create the physical reality that we want by using the power of the mind.  Most of us think of manifesting in a positive light, even though it is also possible to manifest a negative set of outcomes. When perceiving things positively, we hope to manifest our ideal or dream life, or even a breakthrough. 

With an inside-out approach, we manifest the results we want in the external world by taking charge of what goes on internally;  namely our thoughts and feelings. We don’t have 100% control of external factors but we can certainly begin by taking charge of our mind. However, as we are likely to discover, what is often in the way for successful manifestation are our limiting beliefs and negative emotions. 

When I coach my clients on manifesting from the inside-out, I like to keep things simple with a 3-step system. The 3 steps form the backbone of my coaching-and-healing sessions with them. They are as follows…
1) Reset Your Intentions
2) Release Your Limitations
3) Rewrite Your Story

3 Key Steps for Manifesting from Inside Out

Step 1) Reset Your Intentions

Begin by clarifying what your goal and dream is. Often we can find ourselves distracted by the goals and dreams of others. We may even adopt what others are doing, thinking that it can help us make more money.

However, our energy and interest often fizzles out since it is not something that we are really passionate about. It will help if we are true to what we truly want.

Hence, gain clarity by stripping away the noise. Instead, follow your heart to set intentions. Rather than what you “should” do, get in touch with your true desire.

Step 2) Release Your Limitations

Release what is in the way for you: self-sabotage, unresolved childhood patterns, past, subconscious beliefs, poverty vows etc. 

These limitations are unnecessary and can slow down your progress to manifesting from the inside-out. Releasing your limitations set you free. This step helps you to align your energy system, so that you can be in the best state to manifesting a breakthrough. 

Step 3) Rewrite Your Story

Through your mind’s eye, envision an expanded possibility. By doing this, you acknowledge that the past is gone and that you are ready to move forward. Thus you rewrite the old story with a new one that describes the ideal life that you want. 

When I work with clients, we would also embed the new vibrational story at the subconscious, and integrate the future vision in the now. We get in touch with the feelings, sensations, smells, colour and imagery that are associated with the vision that we are hoping to create.

To rewrite your story, step into your future self who has already experienced the breakthrough. Associate with this new energetic picture. This step helps you to follow through with aligned actions a lot more easily. 

What Happens if You Miss Out on One of the 3 Manifesting Steps? 

Manifest a Breakthrough from the Inside-Out 

A situation of being scattered, stuck or struggling can go on for a long time, thus keeping us manifesting what we do want from the inside-out. It happens because we keep repeating the same actions and behaviour even whilst we expect a different result. We mistakenly believe that the solution is on the outside, rather than look internally.

Thus, start by changing internally  in order to manifest a new, more empowering and ideal physical reality.
